The Interchange,
Cardiff

The Interchange, a mixed-use project that is one of the largest developments ever undertaken in a Welsh city centre, features 318 apartments, 90,000 sq ft of modern, open-plan office space and a 14-bay bus interchange with covered concourse. Designed by Cardiff-based Holder Mathias Architects, it celebrates the vibrancy and growing popularity of this contemporary city.

Oakwood completed the design, manufacture and installation of 318 beautiful, functional kitchens in each of the Build to Rent apartments. As always, the end-to-end service was delivered by our in-house team here in the UK, meaning we could keep the environmental impact of the project to a minimum while ensuring the highest quality fit and finish. We are delighted to have contributed to the prestigious Interchange project, which many see as the final piece of the Central Square regeneration development, in our thriving capital city.
