Situated close to Mathew Street and the famous Royal Albert Dock, Fontenoy Apartments is an all-inclusive 200-bed student accommodation building constructed over 9 floors. It boasts an on-site cinema, games lounge and study rooms, as well as a 32” flat screen TV in every room. The project was completed in 2018 and has quickly become a sought-after location for students seeking a secure and stylish alternative to your average student halls.
Oakwood was contracted by the team at Create Construction to carry out the manufacture and installation of kitchen and bedroom FF&E, including Corian work surfaces. Up against a tight schedule, the Oakwood team worked seven days a week to ensure the project was completed on time and to the highest standard.
