Situated close to the centre of Northampton, what was once a dilapidated shoe factory has been converted into a stunning industrial three-storey residential development. The building comprises 54 apartments, as well as a further 14 within the new-build residential block, Brook House. Beautifully restored, the apartments combine modern and industrial living in the heart of Northampton’s cultural district.
Oakwood was contracted by the team at Holland Build, following previous successful projects with the cost managers involved, to carry out the manufacture and installation of rigid kitchens in various finishes, as well as laminate worktops and energy-efficient appliances.
